Amenities, Sports & Entertainment

Jacuzzi, massage (on request), sauna & steam bath, gym, two tennis courts (floodlit), basketball court, shuffleboard, air rifle, two badminton courts, petangue, archery, and beach/garden volleyball courts. Outdoor pool, indoor heated pool and outdoor children’s swimming pool. Sun beds and shades are available at the pool and beach area free of charge. Football pitch, beach volleyball, badminton, tennis, basketball, French bowls, shuffleboard and all the animation sports and fun activities are provided to all guests free of charge. They are charged only for Green Bowling (use & equipment rental) plus Short Mat Bowling. All the above-mentioned sports facilities are on site. Equipment can be borrowed with a small deposit required. Nearby attractions (outside the hotel) with charge: horse riding, go karts, Water Park, mini golf, and golf.
Night Club: Phaethon Beach’s unique night club, the Chariots, gives the opportunity to all guests to dance the night away under the crazy rhythms of disco music, or be entertained by the hotels in-house animation team, with cabaret shows, dances, theme shows etc. Animation Team: Special animation is provided for our guests by an in-house professional animation team which provides endless hours of fun and entertainment from morning until late in the evening. Sport, games, competitions, theatricals, cabaret shows are also organized. From the 01/11/2009 to 30/04/2010, the hotel will be hosting its own resident dance leaders who will be providing daily (free of charge) sequence & ballroom dancing (classes/evenings etc) to all its clients.

Children’s Facilities

The Louis Phaethon Family World Centre offers an extensive number of facilities and services especially designed for young children when on holidays, with unique attractions and lots of fun in a creative carefree environment. Furthermore, parents have the opportunity to travel more comfortably, without bringing extra baggage since we have taken care of all their needs. All necessary children’s requirements can be found at the Family World Centre. Daily morning and afternoon supervised animation, for children 3-12. Fun activities, games, competitions, face painting, mini theatre and much more. Children’s cinema with popular animated films; - A daily mini-disco every evening; Upon arrival, a yearly membership card is automatically issued to each child and is used for correspondence to update young members of the club about our recent activities and developments;- Children signing up with the Santelino Club receive a gift.

Chargeable Extras

Bridge card room, electronic games, secretarial services, multilingual staff at the reception and restaurants, currency exchange, doctor on call, shopping arcade, luggage, trolleys, porter services and car parking. Also available self service launderette and internet cafe corner (with charge).

Food and Drink

Esperides restaurant open all year round serving breakfast, lunch, dinner. Helios Pool restaurant opens only during Summer time serving snacks from 10:00am to 5:30pm. Cafe; Vienna opens from 8:00am until 12:00midnight serving a variety of hot & cold beverages plus cakes. Atrium Bar opening from 5:00pm to 1:00am (summer time) and from 10:00am to 1:00am (winter time). Chariots Night Club opens daily from 8:30pm to 1:00am. Pool Bar (summer only) serves drinks from 10:00am to 6:00pm. Also there is the China Spices restaurant (summer only).

All Inclusive Option

Breakfast buffet at the Esperides main restaurant including English, Continental and dedicated Cyprus breakfast station, plus live cooking stations and gluten free items. Esperides Restaurant, with live cooking stations at lunch or dinner. Please note, the hotel reserves the right to change the buffet offering to a choice of set menus during the winter months. A complimentary snack buffet served from 10am 'til 5.30pm.Unlimited water service (still or sparkling) during lunch or dinner.
